Processing: 48–72 hours
Every order is hand-checked before it leaves our warehouse. Most orders are dispatched within 48–72 hours of purchase.
Delivery: 7–15 days from dispatch
Once your package is on the move, standard delivery lands within 7–15 business days from the day it ships — not from the day you ordered.
Fresh-stock orders
If a piece is out of stock in our main warehouse, we pull it fresh from our factory. That can add a few extra days — but you'll get exactly the item you ordered, brand new.
You're covered, always
Every order is protected. If anything goes sideways — delays, damage, wrong item — we make it right. No hoops, no runaround.

Every order goes through a 48–72 hour processing window while it's quality-checked and packed. Once it leaves our warehouse, you'll get a tracking email — and the status above will flip to Shipped.
If it's been longer than 72 hours and you still see "Preparing," the piece is likely being pulled fresh from our factory. It's still coming — just brand new instead of pre-stocked.
