Shipping Policy

Most orders are processed and shipped within 48–72 hours. For some items, processing may take up to 5 days if we need to bring in fresh stock from our factories. Order processing begins immediately after purchase.

Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days from the date your order is dispatched, not from the date your order is placed.

Every order receives a tracking number via email once it has been shipped. You can follow your package throughout the entire delivery journey using the tracking link provided.

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages. Each package will have its own tracking number sent to your email.

We work with trusted international logistics partners to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.

We are not responsible for reshipping or refunding items if an invalid address was entered during checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order, as carriers charge fees and cannot deliver to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will schedule redelivery once the item is back in our hands. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs caused by address mistakes made at checkout.

You will never have to pay extra customs fees or hidden charges. The price you see at checkout is the final price.
