Return Policy

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging.

• †If return is due to a faulty product or quality issue — we cover all return shipping costs.
• †If return is for wrong size, change of mind or personal preference — customer covers return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect the item you may choose between a full refund, store credit or an exchange. Refunds are processed immediately back to your original payment method.

Email support@chdepartment.com with your order number and reason. We respond within 24 hours.

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all we will provide a full reimbursement or replacement.

• †Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours.
• †After 24 hours, if item has not shipped — 50% refund only.
• †Once item has shipped — cancellation is no longer possible; customer must wait for delivery and initiate a return.
