Refund Policy

Overview

We issue refunds only when the mistake is on our end and we have no way to resend the correct item. Refunds are not automatic and each request is reviewed against the conditions below.

Refund Window

  • Within 24 hours of purchase: you are eligible for a full refund if your order qualifies.
  • After 24 hours, up to 72 hours: you are eligible for a half refund only if your order qualifies.
  • After 72 hours: no refund will be issued.

  • We are unable to resend the correct replacement item for any reason.
  • Your refund request is submitted within the time window listed above.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider, typically 5–10 business days.
